Arizona Course Providers and Online Course Providers were founded by Becky S. Ryan, a real estate broker, real estate educator, author and consultant in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Ms. Ryan has been in the real estate profession since the 1980s, was the former Curriculum Director and School Administrator for Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, and the previous Owner and Designated Broker of a CENTURY 21 franchise. 

In her career as an educator, Ms. Ryan has been an Arizona Department of Real Estate-approved instructor since 1995, teaching all categories of continuing education, broker prelicensure and sales prelicensure.  She has developed a comprehensive licensing curriculum for licensed and certified appraisers and for mortgage loan originators, as well as writing continuing education classes for each of these professions.  Ms. Ryan has served as an online instructional designer and content developer for multiple distance learning courses, and has initiated a number of live classroom instructor development workshops.

A prolific writer, Ms. Ryan’s articles have been published in the Arizona Department of Real Estate Bulletin, the Arizona Department of Real Estate Dialogue, and the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. She has also served as a real estate textbook content reviewer for a New York book publisher. 

Ms. Ryan has acted as administrator/regulatory liaison interfacing with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, and the Arizona Board of Appraisal.

She was appointed to the Arizona Department of Real Estate Education Advisory Committee for the 2013-2014 and 2011-2012 terms; served on the 2009-2014 Prelicensure Content Review Committee; served on the Classroom Definitions Committee in 2013; was the Chair of the 2010 Continuing Education Distance Learning Subcommittee; served on the 2007-2008 Post-Licensing Legislative Task Force; served on the ADRE 2007 Licensing Statutes and Rules Review Workgroup/Licensing Requirements and Exemptions Review Team; and was a presenter for the 2007 Licensing Subcommittee/Statutes Workgroup.

Ms. Ryan is an affiliate member of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials), a member of the Arizona Real Estate Educators Association, the National Association of REALTORS, the Arizona Association of REALTORS, and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS.
